Component and system field testing

Treadsley supports field testing for selected components and vehicle systems where real-world operation is part of the validation need. Programs may range from a single component to larger assemblies or complete vehicle systems depending on scope, availability, and test requirements.

Examples may include belts, hoses, radiators, fan clutches, turbochargers, APUs, batteries, driveline components, engines, drivetrains, fluids, and lubricants. Support may apply to internal development, competitive benchmarking, field validation, durability monitoring, or OE submission preparation.

Built around the program

Each program should be scoped around the question that needs to be answered. That may include route selection, inspection frequency, data capture needs, operating conditions, test article tracking, and reporting cadence.
